RHINO 2015 cover largex

The editors of RHINO are thrilled to announce that our first installment of our online edition of RHINO 2015 is here!

We continue to remain committed to publishing a print journal yearly; the publication of the poems online in three installments (beginning 6 months after print publication) is intended to supplement and broaden the outreach of the print journal.

The second installment will go up in October and the third and final installment will go up in December.

You can now find the poems from the authors below, here.

RHINO 2015 Translation Prize awarded to two poems!

Rhino3_blowAw

The Editors of RHINO occasionally choose to award a prize for the translated poem which had the greatest impact on us for that reading period.  From the 2015 issue, there was a tie.

We are pleased to award the RHINO 2015  Translation Prize  for the following poems:

Cause by Farouk Goweda, translated from the Arabic by Walid Abdallah and Andy Fogle
Devil & Freedom by Olja Savičević Ivančević, translated from the Croatian by Andrea Jurjević
These poems will be available online in April 2015, when the print issue is released. For more about the Translation Prize, including previous winners, click here.
